Vial Feeder Escapement

Vials are fed into this assembly via a conveyor belt mechanism. An escapement station was designed to accept one vial, shift sideways to singulate the part, and remove the back pressure of the feeder conveyor. As the part is shifted, it lines up with a hole in the base plate and then drops into a pallet that is located underneath to transport the vial around the machine for further operations.
