Reject & Vision Stations

Reject and vision stations are common assemblies as part of automation processes. Quality is imperative for the finished product and therefore vision stations are utilized to inspect important dimensions and ensure parts are within tolerance. Vision stations are comprised of cameras, lenses, lighting, calibration, and adjustable plates to ensure the highest quality image is captured. If a part does not meet quality standards, it is rejected as part of a reject station that grabs or blows off parts into a reject chute.
